Depending on individual abilities and business needs, work may take place either at the Company's office or at client sites, mainly in Tokyo and surrounding areas. You may also be assigned to other cities in Japan as needed.

For in-house development projects, most involve contracted work from clients, with a focus on digital transformation projects.

For projects developed on-site, we send staff to the client's site to collaborate on the design, development, and testing phases.

For projects involving an overseas development team, we handle design at the client's site and act as bridge system engineers (BSEs), facilitating communication between the client and the development team, as well as participating in the development and testing phases.

Our group has offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Dalian, so it is possible to arrange internal transfers.

Salary will be determined based on the overall assessment during the interview. Salary raises and bonuses are determined based on the performance evaluation system, with assessments conducted annually.

Bonuses are paid twice a year, in June and December, and the amounts are determined by both company and individual performance.
