Recruitment requirements

Project Managers (PMs)

We propose solutions and system development plans to clients in various sectors, including finance, public services, manufacturing, and distribution. Based on the client's final requirements, we select specific solutions or development plans and take charge of project management, including collaboration with partners. This involves a comprehensive range of tasks, including business planning, design, development, and testing.


IT Architects

We are looking for IT architects who can leverage traditional technologies and databases, as well as new technologies such as cloud computing, AI, and big data, to meet client needs. Key responsibilities include IT architecture planning, verification experiments, and system building.


System Engineers (SEs) and Programmers (PGs)

1. Responsible for upstream design, development, testing, and other tasks for large-scale systems.

・Java series,  .NET series, C, C++, COBOL, Python, ABAP, etc.

・SAP, Salesforce, etc.

・Cloud computing, big data, low-code development, AI, mobile devices, etc.

2. Responsible for requirement analysis to production release for small- and medium-sized systems related to DX/AI.

・Python, Flutter, JavaScript, React, JS, etc.

・MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.

・AWS, Azure, etc.

Salary and benefits
Base salary

JPY 220,000 to JPY 1,500,000

Salary increase

Once a year (in April)

Bonuses

Twice a year (June and December), subject to the Company's bonus evaluation results. There may be situations where no bonus is given.

Working hours

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8-hour workday)

Holidays

Saturdays and Sundays

Public holidays

Year-end and New Year (December 31 to January 3; it may vary based on the calendar.)

Summer vacation (3 days in August to September, on a rotating basis)
